TEC Software & Technical Services Corporation (hereinafter referred to as TSS), as an entity operating in the business fields of labor dispatch, recruiting, outsourcing, and translation and interpretation to deal with personal information, recognizes its corporate social responsibility as well as the importance of protecting various information assets including customer information handled in the company's services.

To that end, TSS sets"Information Security Basic Policy" as the basic policy to construct its information security system. The company constructs, introduces, establishes and maintains the Information Security Management System (ISMS), and continuously seeks improvements.

We strenghen physical and technical security, and all employees consciously take action repecting it.

We herein set "Information Security Basic Policy" and use it for the guidance to take appropriate protection measures for information assets that we hold. All employees, including executives, understand this policy, and follow the operation manulal in regard to our information security.
