TEC Software & Technical Services Corporation (hereinafter referred to as TSS), as an entity operating in the business fields of labor dispatch, recruiting, outsourcing, and translation and interpretation to deal with personal information, considers it to be a crucial societal responsibility that we appropriately and carefully handle personal information obtained from its customers, other stakeholders, and employees in the course of business activities.

For the purpose of protection of personal information, TSS determined to:
| 1. | Obtain, uses, and provides personal information only for the purpose of TSS's business activities such as labor dispatch, recruiting, outsourcing, and translation and interpretation as well as employing a personnel and human resource management. TSS uses personal information only within the framework agreed upon by customers, and takes any measures to prevent from misusing. |
| 2. | Abide the laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to protection of personal information. |
| 3. | Deploy reasonable security measures and take corrective measures to prevent illegal access or loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of personal data. |
| 4. | Establish a Personal Information Administrator who assumes the clearly defined responsibility of protecting personal information, and appropriately manages personal information. |
| 5. | Utilize personal information protection management system through education, operation, audit, and review that TSS steadily implements, maintains and continually improves to protect and appropriately use personal data. |
| 6. | Set a contact for inquiries for personal information such as disclosure, modification, deletion, utilization, request of not providing one's personal data, claims, and consultation, and deals with such inquiries within 2 weeks for one each. |
