1. Use and Purpose of Collected Personal Data

We only store personal information you provided only for the purpose of:

■	Job consultation services for temporary staffing and career change,
■	Screening job application,
■	Employment management,
■	Sending information (e.g., information on campaigns, seminars, and benefit packages),
■	Contacting when it appears to be necessary such as emergency situation and disaster occurrence, and
■	Your personal information submitted by you is not returned as a general rule. (Your personal information is handled with strict care in compliance with our Privacy Statement.）

We may disclose them however when:

■	there is any possibility of breaching law,
■	it is difficult to obtain your consent although there is any possibility of damaging life, health, or properties of yourself as well as public,
■	it is difficult to obtain your consent although there is any possibility of damaging public health, or healthy development of children,
■	we need to cooperate with state organization, local municipal entity, or other entity commissioned by such organization or entity so that they can perform their tasks as required by law while obtaining your consent may prevent such tasks from being performed.

We strongly recognize the importance of protecting personal information, and deploy reasonable security measures to prevent illegal access or loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal data.

We consign storing and migration of personal data you provided to a company with a well-established framework for personal data protection in order to streamline back-office jobs.

4. Provision of Personal Information

We do not disclose nor provide information you provided to third party without your consent.
We may disclose them however when:

■	you provide us your consent,
■	it is difficult to obtain your consent although there is any possibility of damaging life, health, or properties of yourself as well as public,
■	we need to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or to any legitimate request by authorities with which we must comply.
■	it is difficult to obtain your consent although there is any possibility of damaging public health, or healthy development of children,
■	we need to cooperate with state organization, local municipal entity, or other entity commissioned by such organization or entity so that they can perform their tasks as required by law while obtaining your consent may prevent such tasks from being performed.

5. Procedure for Personal Information Disclosure

Please request in writing for disclosure, amendment, addition, or deregistration of the personal information you provided.
The request must be sent using the request form given and with any identity verification documents to prove yourself.
We shall disclose the information after the confirmation of the identity.
We may not accommodate your request however when:

■	there is any possibility of damage to life, health, property, or rights of yourself or those of third parties,
■	there is any possibility of damaging life, health, properties or other rights of yourself as well as third parties,
■	there is any possibility of damage trust and properties of TSS,
■	there is any possibility of breaching law,
■	we cannot confirm the sender is yourself or your agent, and
■	the document(s) provided is/are defected.

We shall purge the personal information according to our policy and shall not return in case of deregistration.
